So as we all get busy and sometimes just need to get a quick fix on something, we turn to online organizers. I chose Stitch Fix to order some things quick that I needed. I never needed a purse, or at least not except on rare occasions, till recently. I now scurry about and need something to throw a note book, calendar and other tracking essentials. I am in the throws of change and need implements to keep copious numbers and notes.
I saw a great looking bag that appeared to be the just the option to throw all sorts of books and devices while still looking good. So, I ordered it from Stitch Fix. This is an online shopper where you can have them choose clothing for you at intervals or you can just order things yourself. I chose to order for need. Friends have used them and been reasonable happy with their experiences so I felt confident that it would be a good experience. I have ordered from them in the past and been ok with the product. It is a sort of hit or miss on quality.
Excitement arose when I saw the bag on my porch. I was instantly deflated when I opened the package found a cheap knock-off of the product I ordered. Online I went to look for a customer service phone number and found none. It was difficult to even find a place to send an email to contact them. I see this often with businesses that do not support customer service. However, I did get an email off after doing some digging. I was surprised at the response. For one, the person did not read my email and didn’t seem to care that they were sending lesser goods in place what is ordered. I had to have some back and forth to even get a return label. The representative never did address the issue of product swapping.

Seeing as how Stich Fix didn’t see this as an issue and wasted my time on having to get a return label and make sure I get credited, I stopped everything from them and will not be shopping there again. What really did it for me was their lack concern or even offering to get the correct item to me. They just said send it back. So I did.
As a consumer we have to start showing our discontent by not purchasing from retailers that are not customer oriented. The online market is filled with other venders who do offer fair product for price and decent customer service.
